Hello guys, and welcome to GIA!!

First of all I'm very thrilled with all the decoration of this restaurant. It is literally luxurious and was very perfect even for my eye *blink**blink*. Therefore I'm very recommending this restaurant to anybody who wanted to have such a romantic dinner in Italian restaurant. Italian is very exquisite taste, however i must actually say this that this restaurant really fit in our indonesian mouth.

Let's go to the menu, shall we? :)

Affettati di Salumi e Prosciutto 
(selection of Italian gourmand cured meats, truffle focaccia, marinated artichokes)

Okay first we've got a cured meats, that you will like it. It contains a very delicious ingredients that you will surely amazed when you got a taste of it :)

Burrata Pugliese
(air-flown fresh burrata, heirloom tomatoes, pesto basil)

Anybody ever look at burata? It kinda feels like an egg if you look at it the first time (Cause i kinda wanted to crack it at first hahahaha :) However it is filled with some sauce that when you combined it with some breadstick it's surely feels like heaven

100 Foglie Dorate 
(100 layers pasta, fontina cheese fondue, mushrooms, black truffle, golden leaf)

Pasta ohhh... Pasta!! Italian never cease to amaze me when it comes to pasta, especially this kind of pasta with cheese fondue, and mushroom OMG! Couldn't tasted it enough myself :)

Gnocchi Neri alla Sorrentina
(black-ink potato gnocchi, fresh basil, organic cherry tomatoes, chili, mozzarella)

Mozarella always making my mouth craving for more, especially combined with some tomatoes in pasta. Literally super delicioso..

Bottarga di Tonno
(linguine aglio & olio, tuna bottarga, chili, cherry tomatoes, sicilian crumbs, pine nuts)

Linguene with some twist of goodness and cherry tomatoes to fill it.... o goodness :)

Guancia di Maiale 
(slow braised pork cheek, barolo reduction, crackling pork skin, black squid-ink risotto)

This is THE BEST, I mean it literally. I couldn't ever thing that pork could be like this. It is super soft and when it comes to slicing it, it feels like slicing a butter. Super heaven after you eat it, a very recommended dish to try at GIA, if you like pork :)

Anatra e Foie Grass 
(duck leg confit, cream spinach, champignon caviar, foie grass, port wine duck jus)

If you like duck, you are going to try about this duck leg, as it was very tender and so delicious

Burrata Pannacotta
(burrata cheese panna cotta, vanilla, berries jelly, cinnamon streuss soil, meringue, black pepper)

Now, comes with the dessert. This pannacota is filled with some vanilla, and berries jelly that kinda makes it such sweet, but still maintain it's flavour.

Onion Tatin
(red onion tart tatin, parmigiano ice cream, truffle manuka honey, balsamic soil, parmigiano cremaux)

Ever tried some onion with ice cream. This one is considered to be unique and must try for the dessert, because you will find it interesting, as it has a sweet ice cream taste but also a bit salty but not having that onion smell. Fresh and savoury at the same time :)

Crostatina Cioccolato
(cocoa tart, dark chocolate cream, caramelized walnut, crispy honey, brownies soil, glazed popcorn, vanilla ice cream).

If you are a chocolate lover, you might want to look at this one. As it has a very sweet chocolate, and even i'm not a chocolate lover, i do love this kind of chocolate :)

There we go, hope you all enjoyed it because I myself really enjoying having a brunch at this place. ISMAYA really rocks when it comes to their culinary design and I must say i'm really thrilled to come to their restaurant a lot.
