SEA GRAIN - DOUBLE TREE by HILTON

Hello guys and welcome to Sea Grain!!

In this second visit we tried another newly opened restaurant which is specialized in it's fine dining course. A super duper excited with this visit and of course we try so many varieties of delicious food. 

Located on the 3rd floor, the restaurant and bar’s design is best described as relaxed with a rich
mix of colours and fabrics which reflect the lavish ambiance of the area. Boasting impressive
interior design, features 640 square meters of indoor and outdoor spaces, includes three private
dining rooms.



The outlet offers a vibrant new atmosphere with menus that emphasize the freshness of each
ingredient, Sea Grain features a local twist at most of the stunning dishes on the menu. Ahmad
Nurseha, Chef de Cuisine Sea Grain has combined his great knowledge of fusion cooking –
expertly and tastefully blending the flavor and spices of the Mediterranean with local. 






Mezze Platter - IDR 88K
Hummus, baba ganoush, mutabal, tabbouleh, ezme, olive and feta cheese, pitta bread and lavash

Trying something eastern with style, it is a mezze platter. To eat that, you can just mix everything that you want and simply eat it! Simple but surely delicious! Me myself, I love to combine pitta bread with ezme (turkish salad) while Ryan love to try lavash with hummus (an egyptian dip made by beans).


Prawn Mango Salad - IDR 95K
Pan- seared king prawn, mango, capsicum, balsamic reduction, sun-dried tomato and garlic crumble

I'm not very fond of salad but I do love this of Prawn Mango Salada. Much love to it's ingredients and



Steam Sea Bass - IDR 165K
Sea bass fish, olive oil, mashed cassava and lemon butter sauce

Oh my how I love this one, the Cassava (Singkong) is really imitate mashed potato, and I do love how they fuse it into somehing beautifully done and of course also delicious.


Frito Octopus - IDR 125K
Octopus, herb basil, coriander leaf, mozzarella cheese, fruit salsa, topped with oncom “orak-arik”

This is beautifully served as a lunch course, similar to pizza and I absolutely like it, you should try it guys :)


Rendang Lasagna - IDR 130K
Beef rendang, layered lasagna skins, tomato sauce, Bechamel sauce, mini ball cassava with melted cheese

Oh lord, I love lasagna so much, and it is being fuse with some rendang and I absolutely like it!!



Baklava - IDR 110K
Baked layered of filo pastry and chopped nuts served with vanilla ice cream

It tastes like ice cream but with such a twist that you will definitely like it, oh most importantly please mix it with some ice cream to make it much more amazing!


Luwak Crepes Tiramisu (Contain Alcohol) IDR 185K
Tiramisu filled in crepes, luwak coffee flavor and vanilla ice cream

If you like food with alcohol better tried it, and if you like some coffee tiramisu best to try it also :)
