CHICKEN SHOYU BAKED RICE, RESEP MUDAH BUAT PECINTA MELTING CHEESE

Hello! Today, instead of some review, we would like to share our all time favorite recipe : Chicken Shoyu Baked Rice. Mind to try?


Here is the ingredients:

3 cups of rice (cook it with 1/2 teaspoon of Dashi)
200 ml Cooking Cream
1 teaspoon of Dashi
5 tablespoon of Shoyu
4 cloves of garlic (minced it well!)
150 gram of mozarella cheese (50 gram for sauce and 100 gram for topping)
some oil
300 gram of boneless chicken (cut it dice, for topping)
200 gram of brocolli (you can substitute it with other toppings)

How to make it:
1. Heat the pan, put some oil and garlic. Wait til it smells good (yey!)
2. Pour all cooking cream, shoyu and (just) 50 gram of your Cheese, mix til all the cheese melt and you get thick-browny-sauce
3. Put your rice (that has been cooked with dashi) and mix it well
4. Take some glass baked, put the rice-mix there
5. Put the topping on
6. Bake it for 20 minutes in 180degrees celcius
